Internship Program (coming in 2026)
Our Internship Program exists to train and develop leaders who believe they may be called to full-time vocational ministry, as well as those who are looking to explore God’s direction. By working closely with the Plum Creek staff, participants in the Intern program will gain valuable experience through hands-on, interactive ministry.
At Plum Creek, we believe one of the best ways to find out if God is leading you toward full-time ministry is to be “in the trenches” of the local church. We want to provide opportunities for participants to develop their gifts and talents and help them find their specific fit in ministry.
2 to 3 Month Commitments
Self-supported
Housing typically provided
20 hours per week (varies)
Between the ages of 18-24 years old

This has been the most transformative, joyful, and refining experience.

About Plum Creek Church
Our vision is to see changed lives, changing lives to advance the gospel. How we do this is by living out our 5 core values:
1. Making Jesus Famous
The work God is doing in us is not only for us. Every interaction is an opportunity to share the gospel with our words and actions.
2. Created For Connection
Our behaviors and schedules must reflect the essential pursuit of healthy relationships with God, family & others.
3. People In Process
It’s ok to not be ok. God meets us in our mess, but loves us too much to leave us there.
4. Irrational Generosity
Our financial resources are a gift from God. It is a joy to invest in His Kingdom rather than our own.
5. Contributors Not Consumers
The church does not exist to serve us. We serve because we ARE the Church.
