Vision. Mission. Values.
Our vision is to see changed lives, changing lives to advance the gospel.
In Castle Rock as it is in Heaven.
We’d love to sit down with each and every person that visits our site to share the heart behind all we do; however, that would take a very long time.
So, our Lead Pastor, Doug Miller, wrote a letter that hopefully expresses the depth of our love for Jesus and His calling on Plum Creek.

Hello!
Thanks for taking the time to check us out online! I trust the info you find here will help you understand Plum Creek’s heart to reach our valley and our world with the message of the gospel!
I know it can be difficult to find a church home! Please know I am praying for everyone in our community to find a church that will help them to grow in their faith, connect with others, and provide opportunities to use their gifts and talents to make a difference in the world around us.
We believe when lives intersect with the amazing grace and love of God demonstrated through the life, death, and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ, it changes us. And once our lives have been changed, we cannot help but impact the lives of others!
That’s why we exist: to see Changed Lives, Changing Lives.
So, regardless of where you are in your spiritual journey, you will always see and hear us encouraging you to focus on intimacy with God, intentionality with family, and influence with others. We believe if you lean into those three relationships, life-change is inevitable.
If you have questions about the values, vision, and heart of Plum Creek, we invite you to visit us on a weekend and head to the Next Table to let our team know you’re new to Plum Creek.
Our prayer is you find the church God desires for you to call home. As God leads you to that place, whether it is Plum Creek or somewhere else, please let us know if we can help in any way.
Thanks again for checking us out, and may God bless you.
Sincerely,
Doug Miller, Lead Pastor
Values that guide.
Our values aren’t a list of rules we strive to follow; they’re guiding statements that hold each of us accountable to impact our valley in Jesus’ name.
1. Make Jesus Famous
The work God is doing in us is not only for us. Every interaction is an opportunity to share the gospel with our words and actions.
2. Created For Connection
Our behaviors and schedules must reflect the essential pursuit of healthy relationships with God, family & others.
3. People In Process
It’s ok to not be ok. God meets us in our mess, but loves us too much to leave us there.
4. Irrational Generosity
Our financial resources are a gift from God. It is a joy to invest in His Kingdom rather than our own.
5. Contributors Not Consumers
The church does not exist to serve us. We serve because we ARE the Church.
