What is child dedication?
Child dedication at Plum Creek is a beautiful and solemn promise made before God and the church to care for the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of your child(ren). We do not believe a child is saved, given faith, or made right with God during his or her dedication.
By making this promise as a parent, you signify the following:
Faith:
Your own saving faith in Christ and desire to follow him.
Desire:
Your desire to teach your children to live a Christ-honoring life.
Promise:
Your promise to give your children every opportunity and encouragement to choose to follow Christ.
We want to give you prayer support, provide opportunities for you and your children to grow in your faith, and help demonstrate what it means to follow Christ.
